The radical left is in a full-on effort to impose their strict lifestyles on the vast majority of average people while they continue to live lavishly aloof from their own policies and rules, and they are using the hoax of ‘human-caused climate change’ to do it.
That’s what the push to force as many people as possible into buying an electric vehicle is really all about: They have far less range than a gasoline- or diesel-powered vehicle and there is practically no recharging and supportive infrastructure in place for EVs, meaning a person’s range is extremely limited, forcing owners to increasingly congregate in massive cities controlled by authoritarian Democrats.
As part of this effort, leftist elitists know there is no limit to the absurd lengths they must go to in order to justify their tyrannical policies, which helps explain how an older man who is in line to help govern one of the more powerful countries on Earth has come out with public support for putting special masks on cows because their burping ‘warms the earth’ — or something.
Just when you thought climate-change fanatics had reached peak insanity, word comes that none other than the heir to the British throne is backing a plan that would have cows wear special face masks to combat methane emitted by rumination.
A British startup company, Zelp, which designed the bovine mask, was recently awarded the Terra Carta Design Lab award, founded in part by the Prince of Wales along with designer Jony Ive.

“Agriculture is the largest source of methane from human activity. Corporations and governments are under pressure to minimize its effect on global warming. Eliminating the livestock industry is not a realistic solution,” the company’s website says. “Now there’s a way to reduce methane that’s good for the animals, the farmers who care for them, and the consumers.”
According to the TNA report, the ‘bovine mask’ weighs around 3.5 ounces and contains solar-powered fans that are designed to ‘redirect’ methane emissions from cows chewing their cud into a special chamber that then chemically converts the methane into carbon dioxide and water vapor.
But wait — the left wants to eliminate carbon dioxide from the air too, even though doing so will literally destroy our planet (because the plant life and trees that give us oxygen need CO2 to live).
The bottom line is, you can’t win with these lunatics. And you certainly can’t argue with them.
In any event, the inventors of this ridiculous mask (and just think how much it will cost to outfit millions of cows with them — there goes the price of beef!) believe that the masks ought to only filter about 30 percent of the methane produced by burping cows, but they hope to reach 60 percent in future designs.
“So, the device turns a minor greenhouse gas (methane) into other more potent greenhouse gasses (CO2 and H2O) and that’s supposed to help against global warming?” The New American rhetorically asked.
“I can’t tell you how proud I am to be associated with the Royal College of Art, particularly as a result of seeing the remarkable ideas presented by many of the alumni and existing students,” Prince Charles said at the event where the prizes were awarded. “May I say that it is critical because of the urgency we face in terms of the crisis confronting us in all directions and just how important is what their ideas represent in terms of finding solutions rapidly.”
These people are not insane, but they have to push insanity in order to make us believe their climate hoax is real. It’s not.
